Four Frames with Paisley Petals DSP

Here is a sneak peak of products in Stampin' Up! upcoming 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog.   The Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper and Four Frames Stamp Set.  I just love them.  There are so many colors in the DSP.   Here is the list of colors:
Baja Breeze, Cherry Cobbler, Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist, Not Quite Navy, Old Olive, River Rock, Soft Suede, Tangerine Tango and Bravo Burgandy.  There are also lighter shades of said colors.  WOW think of all the different projects and color combinations you can create with all these different colors.

The Four Frames Stamp Set is great to use too!!  The great thing about the stamp set is that the stamps fits perfectly with the Decorative Label Punch.   This happens to be one of my favorite punches.  It is great for framing sentiments and now with the Four Frames Stamp Set you can add an even more pizzazz to your sentiments.

Here are some samples using the Four Frames Stamp set and the Paisley Petals DSP.

This card features both the Paisley Petals DSP, the Four Frames stamp set and the upcoming Strength and Hope Stamp set.

Stampin' Up! is offering this stamp set and DSP as a special for the month of April.  Visit my website for all the details.

Hope you have a fabulous week!!!!

Picture of Teammates Grandchildren

I just wanted to share a picture with you of my teammate Debbie's grandchildren.  What is so special about this picture you ask.... well look at the book Xavier is holding and reading to his baby sister Lilana.  It is a book of Stampin' Up! punches.  Debbie created this book with Xavier when they were here visiting last month.  Debbie's daughter and family live in Texas and so it was a special visit and a Special book that they created together.  Wouldn't you just love to hear what he is saying?

Thanks for letting me share this picture...I thought it was so great!!

Happy Tuesday everyone!!

Will plan to post again on Thursday!!

Spring Banner using My Digital Studio

Today's post is a picture of a banner I created using My Digital Studio.  This is what you see when you walk into my Stampin Studio.  This was a lot of fun to make.  Each one of the pennants was created in My Digital Studio and printed on separate 8.5x11 sheet of Very Vanilla Card Stock.  I got the pennants from the Celebrations Digital Kit.  The designer paper is the Springtime Vintage Digital DSP.   The letters are from the Broadsheet Alphabet Stamp Digital Brush Set.  I cut each pennant out and connected the pennants using Crochet Trim and 5/16" Neutral Brads.  Here are some close up pictures.

This was real fun to make.    And it went together very nicely.

Thanks for looking and if you are interested in attending a class making this fun banner.   Visit my website at www.stampinupforfun.stampinup.net and register.

Have a wonderful week!

Thoughts and Prayers Sympathy Card

This is one of my cards that I created earlier this year.  It was also one of my swaps from Leadership last January.   I just love the color combination.  I used Wild Wasabi, Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake and Whisper White.  I used the stamp set Thoughts and Prayers.  Here is how I created it:

I started with an 8.5" x 5.5" Wild Wasabi card stock.  Cut a piece of Crumb Cake topper 5.25" x 4".  Run the topper thru the Big Shot using the Framed Tulip embossing folder.  Cut a piece of Chocolate Chip card stock 4-1/8" x 3-1/8" and a 3-3/4" x 2-3/4" Whisper White card stock.   Color the "tree" stamp from the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set using the Wild Wasabi and Chocolate Chip markers and stamp on the Whisper White card stock.  Cut the tree on the stamped white card stock in 4 pieces at 1-7/8" and 1-3/8" like shown.  Adhere the tree pieces to the Chocolate Chip card stock as shown.  Adhere a jumbo eyelet to the card using the Crop-a-dile.  Adhere to the Crumb Cake Card Stock with dimensionals.   Punch a hole all the thru where the eyelet is.  Adhere a 6-1/2" ribbon as shown.  Adhere the Crumb Cake topper to the Wild Wasabi card.

Stamp the Praying for You stamp with Chocolate Chip ink and stamp on Whisper White card stock.  Punch out using the Scallop Oval Punch.  Punch using the Wide Oval punch with Wild Wasabi scrap card stock.  Adhere together.  Attach to the front of the card using dimensionals.

Stamp a sentiment inside.  The one that comes with the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set is a nice sentiment.

Here is a little different version.  the difference here is the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing folder, White Organza ribbon and I used the Sharing in you Sorrow stamp instead of the Praying for You.
Happy Monday everyone.  Have a great week!!!  Enjoy making this card and I hope you don't need a card like this for a long time.
Blessings!!
