Technique Thursday - Rock n Roll

Rock & Roll Technique Directions: 1) Tap stamp on light-colored ink pad (Lucky Limeade). 2) Press edges of stamp in a rolling motion on darker ink pad (Island Indigo), being careful not to ink the center of the stamp. 3) Stamp your image. Tips: Always use the lightest colored ink first to avoid getting dark ink on your light ink pad. This technique works best when using a bold stamp image. Rock n Roll Technique Card

Here is a card my technique club did in October.  We used the Rock n Roll Technique.  I loved the colors we used, Island Indigo and Lucky Limeade.  I used my Color Coach and put colors together till I found the right combination.  This card also used the Houndstooth embossing folder.  This was my first time using it!  Loved it!!
The stamp set used was Circle Circus.
