Everyday Enchantment

Today's picture uses 2 of the Sale-a-bration products, Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper and Ribbon and Brad Pack.  You can get either of these free with a $50 order during Sale-a-bration or both Free plus a stamp set with a qualifying workshop.  If you haven't gotten your Sale-a-bration catalog, let me know and I will get you one.

These cards I created for my shoebox swap at Leadership.  I had to create 25 of these cards and then had to bring the supplies (in a shoebox) to create 24 of the same card.  Tuesday evening I will get to create cards with 48 other women, what a great time!!

I really like how they turned out.  I also used the Fun Flowers Big Shot die (#121812)
and the New Framelits Dies (#125598)

And one of my favorite new stamp sets, Petite Pairs (wood #122495 and clear #122497).
This stamp set has the perfect sentiment for outside the card and for inside the card.  I used the Larger Oval Punch (#119855) to punch out the sentiment and the Scallop Oval Punch (#119856) to give it a frame.

Colors used were Pool Party, Calapso Coral, Lucky Limeade and Very Vanilla.

Here is what I the inside looks like.

I used the new Blossom Punch (#125603) for the sentiment inside.  What nice finishing touch!

Check back tomorrow for a card we are creating in my Stamp Clubs this month.

Becky

Adam and Laura's Visit 1-2012

Hi all,

Sorry I did not post all week.  It is has been a wonderful week.  My son Adam and his wife Laura were on leave from the Army and came to visit for the week.  What a wonderful week we had.  I did have to work a few some days.  They met me for lunch a couple of them.  My parents came up and spent a couple days.  We went to see Rascal Flatts and Sara Evans in Roanoke on Friday night.  My sister Niki and niece Katherine joined us.  We had a cook out on Saturday night with friends and family, my brother Paul and his wife Shelly came up for that.  I wish I would have taken more pics (isn't that the way it always is)  But last night after everyone left, i figured out again how to use the self timer on my camera and we took these pictures.  I love how they turned out.

I also got to share my love of stamping with Laura, I think she really enjoyed it!  She helped with our Card Ministry at church and also came to my Stamp Club meeting.  She is creative and is gonna love stamping too!

I leave on Tuesday to head to San Antonio, Texas for Leadership.  I can't wait to see so many friends that I haven't seen in so long and learn new things and come back and teach all of you.

I will post more projects this week, be sure to check back daily for new fun and inspiring ideas.  I also plan to share some Leadership pics too.

Inky Hugs,
Becky

Faux Fireplace Card

Happy New Year to you!!!  May 2012 be all you want it to be and more.

Here is a card my Technique Class did in December.  We used the Stitched Stockings Stamp Set and the Stocking Punch (this is the last day to order either of these fabulous products)  If you would like to join the fun, my next Technique Club meeting is Thursday, January 26, from 7-9pm.  We will learn a new Technique each month and make at least 2 projects using that technique.

Happy Stamping Everyone!!  Stay Warm...it is freezing here!

Inky Hugs and Love,

Becky
