Scrapbook with Challenged Sports Exchange

I had the distinct pleasure to create scrapbooks with the Challenged Sports Exchange here in Lynchburg a couple of weeks ago.  I pre-made some spring/summer scrapbooks and they got to decorate and embellish each page and could add photos too.  Here are some pics of the wonderful event:
Shana working hard on her pages

Brett decorating her pages

Rhonda helping Brett

So much pride in their creating

Shana added all her favorite country singers to her scrapbook
What a great joy it is to work with such wonderful people!!  They are a joy!!!

Thanks so much to fellow teammate Patti for helping me prep the albums ahead of time.
Also to teammate Annette for her help and for my friend Rhonda and her kids Ava & Jared for their help!!

I look forward to working with them again!

Happy Scrapbooking everyone!

Convention Day 4

OK, sorry I didn't post last night.  I was so tired (but it was such a good tired!!!).  I only got to get about 3 hours sleep before I had to head to the airport to come home Sunday.

What an amazing last day!!  My mom and Aunt Jo brought us doughnuts, sausage and coffee this morning to the hotel before we took off to the Salt Lake Palace convention center.  It was delicious!!  We even had some doughnuts left to nibble on when we got back to our room late Saturday night and was trying to pack all our stuff.  That was crazy.  We got so much FREE stuff that it was hard to find room to pack everything.  (somehow I did, thank goodness my mom had a little extra room in her suitcase)  By the way, my mom did not come to convention (except she did get to come to the award night), her and I traveled together and she spent the time with my Aunt Jo, it was nice time for all!!

We got to do make-n-takes first thing in morning, some great projects I will show you soon!!  Then we had lunch and then a final General Session in the afternoon.  We had many product and technique demonstrations, inspiring speeches and of course FREE stuff.  Stampin' Up! even had its own band that played for us before the afternoon session, what fun we had dancing to that!!

Here are a few pictures of some of the highlights.  I need to finish unpacking and getting ready for work tomorrow.

Convention Day 3

Ok, I am so tired, but had a wonderful day.

I first got to have breakfast with all the first timers for convention got to go to.  That was very nice.  Then classes started at 8am.  The first class was about the new hostess benefits.  They are fabulous.  The choices are great and you can get so much!!!!  Who doesn't like Free?  and with a qualifying order can get any item 1/2 price if you want.  Do you want the Big Shot, the Marker Set, Letter dies for Big Shot.  Wouldn't that be great to get a half price item!!!

I then had another class on helping my team.  They was off to a Garden Showcase, showing some fabulous ways to use the new products coming up in the Holiday Mini.  You are just gonna love seeing and doing these projects.

We had lunch and then General Session this afternoon, very exciting.  They had prize patrol and called my wrist band color and I got some new Christmas DSP and a new Christmas stamp set that is coming up in the Holiday Mini.

Here is the some pictures from today:

I won a stamp set and DSP because I guessed close to the next Incentive Trip Destination.  It is Fuji...WOW!!

Here is my upline Kathy when she got to march on stage to today for her reward.

Rising Star Award

Hi friends,

Wanted to share what happened to me tonight at Awards night.  Yesterday when I checked in, they said I had an award.  When I went to see what it was, they handed me this fabulous bag:
Founder's Circle Bag
What this means is that I won a all expense trip to Founders Circle, what does that mean, I get to spend 3 days with the top 100 demonstrators in the company.  I won this because Stampin' Up! also rewards the top 15 demonstrators in their first full Stampin' Up! year.  My first full year was this past stampin year.  So when they handed me this bag, I knew I was in the top 15.  I was so excited, but not as much as my upline, here is a picture of us when they gave me the bag.

Kathy Seals jumping up and down and I can't believe it

My up-line Ruth clapping for me and me holding my new bag.

So I had to wait until tonight to find out what place I got.  Drum roll please.....here some pictures of the awards.  I got to sit in a VIP section.

Here I am walking on stage after they called my name.

Here I am hugging Shelli

So guess what number I was.....I was #2.  I was so shocked!!  Me and Kathy could not believe it.  They started with 15 and went down.  What an amazing moment in my life!!  I also got a cash award and a beautiful Tiffany Star necklace and I get to spend 3 days with the top 100 demonstrators in US and Canada.  Whoo Hoo!!  Amazing!!

Thanks to you all for your support and I look forward to continuing to SHARE WITH YOU WHAT I LOVE!!!

You all have to be here next year!!  Stampin' Up! is the best!

Thanks to you all again and thanks to Stampin'Up! for being so great!!

Love and Hugs to all!!

Convention Day 2

We left the hotel at 6:30am to get a place in line at the convention center.  What an amazing morning.  started dancing at 8am waiting for the general session to begin, got to dance with some of the staff from Stampin' Up!

This is Denise and she dragged me up there to dance so early.  It was so much fun!!

We had a great inspiring speech from Shelli.  We got to have a sneak peak of the new Holiday Mini catalog.  You all are gonna flip.  I know we did.   Here is some sneak peak of some projects made with the new products.  I can't tell you the products, only can show projects.

Here is a FREE Simply Sent Kit that they gave all of us free today.  Way cool!!

We had classes (watch for some intermediate My Digital Studio classes coming soon) this afternoon and then another General Sessions and had Shelli Gardner's daughter Sarah present some easy, fun and beautiful projects.  We then went back to the hotel to get ready for Awards night.

Read the next blog, so I can share my award that I got.

Amazing Day!!  Wish you all could be here!
